Vulcan manufactures aluminum Vents from high strength heavy wall aluminum structural pipe. The Schedule 40 pipe used is aluminum alloy 6061-T6 which is heat treated for incredible strength.

Our vents are sized to fit over the riser pipe from the casing. Each vent is machined, welded and the entire surface is brushed free of marks and weld splatter. Two holes are provided with set screws for attachment to the riser. Precisely cut aluminum perforated screen is welded inside open end to keep insects out.

Our vents are powder coated after all fabrication and welding in an array of standard colors of Yellow, Orange, White, Blue, Red and Black. Customer specific colors are also available.

We can also weld a custom mounting plate onto the vent as shown below for line marker sign attachment.
