Precision Fit and Quality Fabrication 

Each vent is engineered to fit securely over the riser pipe from the casing. Our manufacturing process includes precise machining and welding, followed by thorough surface brushing to remove any marks or weld splatter. Two pre-drilled holes with set screws allow for secure attachment to the riser, while an internal aluminum perforated screen is welded into the open end to prevent insect entry, ensuring a clean and functional design. 

Durable Powder Coating in Standard and Custom Colors 

After fabrication and welding, Vulcan’s vents are powder-coated for added durability and corrosion resistance. Standard color options include Yellow, Orange, White, Blue, Red, and Black, with custom color options available to meet specific project requirements.

Optional Custom Mounting Plate for Signage 

For added functionality, Vulcan can weld a custom mounting plate onto the vent, enabling easy attachment of line marker signs as needed. This option provides flexibility for multi-purpose installations, combining venting with clear, visible signage.
