MATERIALS: The Bullet Head is specially formulated High-Density Polyethylene {HDPE} for outdoor durability.

We specify particular high grades of pigment for color retention outdoors. Additionally, a UV stabilizing component is added to further prevent premature fading from UV exposure.

Our new Quick-Locking mechanism is made from a high-durability, long-lasting Marine-grade HDPE which guarantees a snug fit and bond that will last.

DECORATING: Each printed part goes through a Corona Treating process. This process increases the surface energy, called dynes, so that the inks used will adhere to the plastic. This is a highly controlled process for surface preparation.

We print each color using specially formulated inks for HDPE. These inks are made to certain dyne levels to ensure optimal surface adhesion. The inks are outdoor durable and have been repeatedly evaluated for long life and color retention.
 

MOUNTING: Our new Quick-Locking mounting mechanism for the Quick-Topper consists of two Marine-grade HDPE wafers that are installed both at the top and base of each Quick-Topper Bullet head. This allows installation to be as simple as sliding the Bullet head onto a U-Channel post.

The mounting wafers feature a U-channel post-shaped contour routed out of each wafer. The routed contour also has a locking mechanism that automatically clicks into the holes found on a U-channel post during installation, locking the Bullet head into place. The Quick-Topper is available for both 1.12# or 2# U-channel posts.
