GOING WITH THE FLOW

On March 21st and 22nd 2022, Hugh Markey and Taylor Kaechele represented Vulcan Utility Signs by exhibiting at the Alabama Rural Water Association's (ARWA) 43rd Annual Technical Training Conference in Mobile, AL.

ARWA is a non-profit organization that provides training initiatives to water and wastewater systems that serve rural communities, towns, and commercial firms across the state of Alabama. We were proud to be a part of this event which lets us partner with local utilities to help them prevent damage across their systems.

A high turnout for the event meant a steady flow of both water authorities and infrastructure support companies stopping by our booth. Attendees showed a strong interest in the quality of our products after seeing them first hand and loved hearing more about how customer service is a key value to the company.

Vulcan's capability to customize our signs, bullet markers, and DRV’s paired with the fact that they are delivered ready to be installed was a huge selling point to the attendees. Our easy to install flexible fiberglass composite markers (DRV's) were the highlight of the event for everyone who stopped by.

The conference was a great for the Vulcan team and we hope it was as great for all the great companies we met with:

  • West Autauga Water Authority
  • Calhoun County Water Authority
  • Southern Pipe and Supply
  • Red Bud Supply
  • and many more!

We plan to attend and support the Alabama Rural Water Show for many years to come.
